About the role:

As a bilingual ESL Operations Manager/ Trainer Operations Manager you will ensure the performance and productivity of our foreign language trainers based all around the world, providing the necessary communication, guidance and organisation for a positive and successful work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Closely manage a team of approximately 60 trainers based in Mauritius and around the world.
• Ensure consistent and high quality lesson delivery on a huge scale.
• Ensure trainer compliance with internal KPIs.
• Use data and KPIs for decision making and driving trainer- performance.
• Take the lead in the trainer recruitment process.
• Oversee HR aspects of your trainer team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions if issues arise.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of trainers.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of face-to-face managerial experience.
• Bilingual English/French.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience in teaching and/or corporate training is a big plus.
• Experience in working in multicultural environments is another plus.
• University Degree
