Account Manager - Shanghai

What You’ll Do
- Drive renewals, upsells & cross-selling by aligning language training/talent development solutions with client strategies
- Hunt & develop large enterprise clients (SOEs/private/listed companies) in China
- Lead end-to-end tender processes (RFPs, proposals, presentations) to maximize win rates
- Collaborate with BD, Marketing & Customer Success to enhance client lifetime value
- Deliver data-driven business reviews & ROI analyses to C-level stakeholders
- Represent goFLUENT at industry events to strengthen brand presence
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years B2B sales experience (preferred: language training/e-Learning/HR SaaS)
- Proven track record with Chinese corporate clients & complex procurement cycles
- Hands-on tender/RFP experience (public/private sector)
- Strong executive communication & negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with local market adaptability
- Self-driven with continuous improvement mindset
- English: B1+ (reading/basic communication)
Nice to Have
- Experience in language training, corporate universities, L&D, or HR-related projects.
- English proficiency (B2+).
- Knowledge of or strong interest in AI applications for talent development.
