What You'll Do:

• Recording and Monitoring OSH: Maintain DOLE, OSH records and ensure workplace safety by conducting regular assessments, audits, and monitoring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• PEME Monitoring: Manage and track Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) records to ensure candidates meet health requirements, coordinating with medical providers for necessary assessments.
• Annual Physical Examination: Assist in organizing and managing the Annual Physical Exam (APE) by coordinating with medical providers, ensuring smooth employee flow through medical stations, maintaining confidentiality of records, and submitting a detailed post-activity report. Provide basic medical aid and support employee inquiries while ensuring a clean and orderly exam area.
• First Aid Program: Implement and manage first aid programs by ensuring trained personnel, adequate supplies, and providing basic first aid training and emergency response guidance to employees.
• Health and Safety (Promotion and Awareness): Create and share health and safety materials, lead safety training, and encourage a workplace culture focused on employee health and wellness.
• HMO Monitoring: Managing the employee HMO masterlist by coordinating enrollments, deletions, and updates as needed.
• HR and Admin Task: Assists in other HR and admin-related tasks.

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Preferably with OHNAP and BOSH certification (but not required)
• Fresh graduates or with at least one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Health (OH) Nurse
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work between 10 AM – 7 PM
• Amenable to work onsite (Eastwood) 
• Open to candidates who can work part-time (8-hour shift, 3 times a week onsite)

• Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, only 2–3 days a week
• Leave: 5 incentive leave days
• Contract Type: Regular, part-time
